During 10 years while working for different companies, Ben was also on the studies field. Results of this dedication were to graduate from "Art et métiers" of Paris with a Master degree in Marketing and sales and graduate from ESSEC business school with a Mastere specialized in Marketing and Management.

Prior to start Evolia, Ben founded KATTAN AEROSERVICES in France, this fast growing company is distributing Tools for the Arospace industry. He build a strong and profitable relationship with his suppliers in the USA.

In 2012 he hired Amandine DUCHAUSSOY who at that time just spend one year living in New York and studying at Columbia University after getting her diploma in France in the management field.

After 2 years working together and building a strong and confident work relationship, they decided to create Evolia.

Based on the relationship built with their suppliers and their knowledge of the business between France and the United States, they can propose to French or American companies to reach new markets and they can help them to manage trades between USA and France.
